Free Spirit offers small group courses in Usui based Reiki including Reiki I (Shoden), Reiki II (Ockuden) and Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher levels in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. Teaching is delivered by UK Reiki Federation recognised Master Teachers. Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 can also be attained in a combination course with other healing energy disciplines within the natural and tranquil setting of our natural woodlands in Buckinghamshire. Meditation, Chakra balancing and Native American red road philosophies are also enjoyed in these weekend courses enabling an holistic and complementary approach to energy workshops. Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire towns such as Hatfield, Potters Bar, St Albans, Barnet, Stevenage, Hertford, Milton Keynes, Newport Pagnell, Luton and Bedford are all within an easy drive of a Reiki energy healing treatment/workshop/course or event at Free Spirit.
